Lesley Harris

Appointed as president of Travelocity Business in April 2007, Lesley Harris has a diverse background that exemplifies the convergence of business and leisure travel in the online age. Having worked for Travelocity and Sabre Travel Network, Harris has a particular affinity for enhancing traveler experience and delivering superior customer service – strengths that serve her well as she leads one of the fastest growing travel management companies in North America. From its origin in 2003 serving unmanaged business travelers, Travelocity Business now has more than $800 million in travel spend under management, primarily from mid-size and large corporate travel programs.

Prior to Travelocity Business, Harris was vice president of sales and customer care for Travelocity, responsible for leading Travelocity's offline global call center enterprise in support of consumer sales and service. Travelocity agents handle upwards of four million customer calls and written contacts per year.

Previously, Harris was vice president of the small business division for Sabre Travel Network, which encompassed more than 5,500 U.S. travel agencies focused on providing customized travel solutions for the end consumer. There, she successfully transitioned the small business division from direct account management to a service center structure to provide agencies with the most efficient and effective sales, service and product support.

Prior to her experience in sales, Harris was vice president of North America operations services for Sabre Travel Network. She was responsible for global operations support, maintenance and hardware helpdesk functions and specialized in expanding outsourcing relationships as well.

Harris started her career with Sabre in 1995 and held various positions in finance, operations and sales at Sabre Travel Network before transitioning to Travelocity in the summer of 2005.

Harris earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Oregon and a bachelor's degree in international studies from Miami University in Ohio. She also received a diploma from Kansai University of Foreign Studies in Japan.

Joel Bailey

Fulfillment Product and Services

Joel Bailey is responsible for managing TBiz's end-to-end, global product and service offering, including the North America call centers, traveler tools, corporate products and call center technology. His key focus is delivering traveler services and consulting with customers to find new ways to leverage technology to increase efficiencies and reduce costs. Bailey manages implementations that support customers through the entire lifecycle to help maximize the value from TBiz's online technology and self-service tools. He also leads the reporting and information management team, helping customers with everything from MIS reporting to travel location tracking and expense integration.

Prior to TBiz, Bailey had a 14-year career with Sabre and held various Product Marketing and Business Development positions. Most notably, he was involved in the creation of "Turbo Sabre," the company's first Windows desktop platform for travel agents, and Sabre Business Travel Solutions, Sabre's pioneer introduction of an integrated corporate booking tool/reporting solution. Bailey has also worked in Product Marketing at IBM and was involved in the company's efforts to upgrade its office platform to a graphical user environment with the introduction of OS/2. He holds a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and currently resides in Dallas.

DeAnne Dale

DeAnne Dale is responsible for managing the sales and account management team, as well as the creation and ongoing management of the Consulting Services Group, designed to provide procurement solutions that help corporations optimize the performance of their travel programs. She also oversees the Strategic Account Management team, which acts as a single point of contact for corporate customers, provide quarterly reviews and work with customers on other special projects.

Dale has more than 20 years experience in the travel industry with a strong background in management consulting, travel management and procurement, global sales, account management and operations. She is a frequent guest speaker at ACTE and NBTA local forums and graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Dale currently resides in St. Charles, Illinois.

Blake Goodwin

Product Marketing and Development

Bringing a wealth of airline and GDS experience, Blake Goodwin joined the Travelocity Business team with more than 17 years of service at Sabre Holdings. As VP of Product Marketing and Development, Goodwin is responsible for fulfillment products and services. Goodwin has assumed increasing levels of responsibilities within Sabre Travel Network in Operations, Vendor Management, Product Development and Product Marketing.

Most recently, he served as a Principle in the Point-of-Sale Product Marketing team, where he developed and led the global strategy for platform migrations, led merchandizing tools strategy in Point-of-Sale Marketing and acted as the liaison for joint ventures in support of joint Product Marketing initiatives. Before joining the Travel Network Marketing Organization, Goodwin served as manager for global maintenance and hardware helpdesk support, which entailed managing agreements for more than $40 million in vendor contract spend. Goodwin's customer-focus and attention to detail have helped him succeed at managing global operations and hardware support.

Sally Shervington

Sally Shervington is Managing Director of Travelocity Business, Europe - a position she has held since February 2007. Sally has worked in the travel industry for nearly 15 years, holding roles on both the airline and agency sides of the industry.

Sally spent five years with BTI UK, overseeing prominent client relationships in the financial, pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries. More recently, Sally was Commercial Manager for Global Flights with lastminute.com, a position that led to her roles as General Manager at Travelocity Business and more recently, Managing Director.

Sally was appointed to the Executive Council of the Guild of Travel Management Companies in 2008.

Peter Zafiridis

Peter Zafiridis currently oversees the global marketing strategy and direction for all external marketing for Travelocity Business including advertising, customer acquisition, events, web/online and promotions.

Peter began his career in the advertising agency world managing high-profile B2B and B2C accounts such as Exxon, Doubletree Hotels and AT&T Wireless before moving to Sabre and ultimately Travelocity. Peter most recently oversaw marketing communications for GetThere, the world's leading corporate travel reservation technology. Prior to that Peter managed Brand Marketing for Sabre Travel Network, where he spearheaded a major global brand repositioning, and successfully launched a broad array of new software applications, Internet products, and travel services.
